The meeting conveyed the working documents of the SASAC and the Group company's 2022 financial final accounts, made specific arrangements for the 2022 financial final accounts in combination with the problems existing in the 2021 financial final accounts, and explained the operation of the statement software and the audit matters of the final accounts。

Zhang Li required that, first, all subordinate units should strengthen communication and coordination with audit intermediaries, actively docking matters related to final accounts, and effectively improve the audit quality of the 2022 annual report。The second is that the participating audit offices should conscientiously fulfill their responsibilities, accurately accounting for internal transaction offset, merger scope, revenue and expense recognition and other matters, and truly reflect the business financial status of the enterprise。Third, the Financial Department of the Group should make overall plans and arrangements for the 2022 financial final accounts, carry out regular audit meetings based on the actual situation of the final accounts, ensure the quality of the final accounts and node progress, and complete the 2022 final accounts work tasks with quality and quantity。
